Our room was disappointingly dated and claustrophobic, but the hotel had some redeeming qualities. The staff, although busy, were brilliant, and the location high on a hill overlooking the sea could have been lovely. However, the lack of air conditioning and the uphill trek to the resort were downsides.

The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with a perfect view, along with clean towels provided daily, though some room appliances may have hire charges. The service is top-notch, with hardworking and friendly staff who go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The location provides lovely views and spectacular sunsets over the bay, making it a peaceful and quiet retreat. The dining experience is satisfactory, offering a decent variety of food options. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel is nestled in the hills overlooking the sea, making it an excellent choice for a quiet holiday, although the uphill location might challenge those less fit. The staff, from reception to the entertainment team, couldn't have been more accommodating and welcoming. The dining experience offers room for improvement, especially with breakfast options, but the clean and fresh rooms, as well as the well-maintained pool area, contribute to a pleasant stay overall.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were basic but reasonably clean, the service was friendly, and the location was uphill to Portinax. However, the dining options were very basic and lacked variety. The cleanliness around the pool area was a major concern. Despite these issues, the hotel offered decent value for money.

I had an incredible view of the sea and pool from my room, but it was directly above the machine room which was a bit noisy. Entering through the balcony door was a unique experience.
